2. Services Offered

We offer the following wedding photography and video services:

• Pre-wedding photo shoots
• Ceremony coverage
• Reception filming
• Photo album creation
• Full wedding day coverage

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To secure our Services, a booking fee and signed contract are required. The booking fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our special offers (see Section 7).

3.2 Payment Schedule

• 50% of the total fee is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the Wedding Date.

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in cancellation of Services. A late fee of 5% per week may be applied to overdue balances.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Copyright

All Content created by us remains our intellectual property. We reserve the right to use any Content for marketing, portfolio, or other commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4.2 License to Clients

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.3 Social Media Usage

6.3 Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 6 months before the Wedding Date: Full refund minus the booking fee.
• Cancellations made 3-6 months before the Wedding Date: 50% refund minus the booking fee.
• Cancellations made less than 3 months before the Wedding Date: No refund.

6.4 Rescheduling

Rescheduling fees may apply, subject to our availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

7. Special Offers and Policies

7.1 Same Day Edits

We offer a special Same Day Edits service, providing a selection of edited photos on your wedding day. Additional fees apply.

7.2 Speedy 1-Week Turnaround

For an additional fee, we offer a 1-week turnaround time for all edited Content.

7.3 Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy

When purchased:

• You may cancel up to 3 months before the Wedding Date and receive a full refund, including the booking fee.
• This offer must be purchased at the time of booking.

7.4 Change Your Date Policy

When purchased:

• You may change your Wedding Date up to 3 months before the original date at no extra charge, subject to our availability.
• This offer must be purchased at the time of booking.

8. Miscellaneous Clauses

8.1 Meals and Breaks

For weddings exceeding 6 hours of coverage, you agree to provide a meal for each team member and allow for short breaks.

8.2 Travel and Accommodation

Additional fees may apply for weddings outside our standard service area. These will be clearly communicated before booking.

8.3 Amendments

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

8.4 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, with the courts of the United Kingdom having exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, provided that the parties shall first attempt to resolve any such disputes through mediation before resorting to litigation.
